Just a thought please don't kill me but I've been thinking about this for a while.
I wanted to purpose a transfer system in which troopers must use a forum/system in which Troopers must use something simple, like their name rank and number and apply for a switch. At this point, the CO of the battalion would either accept or deny the transfer. This transfer could be suppressed or slowed by the recommendation by the Trooper's current Commanding officer. I say this because the player shouldn't be stopped from joining a battalion because an ST CO didn't want them to join or that a different battalion commander disliked or required a Trooper to remain in a specific battalion. This is simply so that we have a formal transfer system that would require troopers to be dedicated and active within a battalion to join, and to allow for CO's to keep track of their troopers and see who let in what and if a CO doesn't want someone or see that a trooper is unfit for a battalion they can remove them and send them back. I am still looking for a good system if anyone has any better ideas than trello or G-Drive let me know. I think this would add another layer of dedication to the players and interact with the community as a whole. I also believe it would add another step for those that just want to screw around and troll in a battalion out, or at least make it more difficult for them to join. Let me know how everyone feels, and again don't crucify me I am just making a suggestion.
Sorry bout the shitty spelling I wasn't completely awake when I wrote this
